| How do I send ringtones to freinds? | ||
| Please remember: This is a new feature on DDNMobile.com. While we have tested this feature out we still expect a few bugs. If you experience a problem using any of our tools or features we encourage you to Contact Us with any problems or ideas to improve our site. To send a ringtone that you created to a friend, click the name of the ringtone under your My Ringtones page. You will now see a box to fill out with your friends phone number. Thats it. The site will take care of the rest. If your friend already has a DDNMobile account and is currently in Premium Account status, the ringtone will be automatically delivered to their phone. If your friend already has a DDNMobile account but is a Free Account or Invited Account, the ringtone will be automatically added to their My Ringtones. They will be required to visit DDNMobile and chose which carrier and phone they have. We need to know this information to prepare the download. They WILL NOT be required to pay before they download. If your friend does NOT have a DDNMobile account they will receive a text message on their phone with an Invitation Code. They will be required to create a new account on DDNMobile and then enter the Invitation Code they received to access the download. They WILL NOT be required to pay before they download. Again we are still testing this new feature and bugs are expected. Please notify us if you experience any issues. |
