To cancel recurring payments, go to the phone profile that you would like to cancel. (My Profile, top menu. My Phone Profile, left menu) Under the phone profile you will see a button to "Cancel Recurring Payments".

REMEMBER:
Recurring charges can only be canceled when you are out of the minimum term.

Basically, every recurring plan we offer has a minimum term of payments. You will have to fulfill the minimum term before you can cancel recurring charges. EX: Full Month Access - Recurring - $3.50 per month, has a minimum of three months. After your third payment has processed you will see the button to cancel.
