How can I change my number?

We do NOT allow users to change their phone numbers unless they are currently NOT in a membership period or have just started the membership period and have yet to download.

We also allow members who have purchased a full year to change their number a limited amount of times. We do monitor number changes to watch for "leeching" or "theft". (Sharing account with other phone numbers)

If we do suspect you are sharing an account we will suspend your account until you have contacted us explaining why you have changed your number.

To change your number, please take a screen shot of your bill with your address and name. This will be cross referenced with your credit card information. Send this information to the Sales Department (sales@ddnhub.com).

How do I take a screen shot?  
    Go to your online bill. Scroll until you can see your new number, name and address. Press the PRTSCN (Print Screen) button on your keyboard. This is usually located above the page up / page down keys. Once this is done, open "Paint". (Start > Programs > Accessories > Paint). Select Edit then Paste. You should see your screen now. Select File then Save As, name ScreenShot, type "JPEG/JPG". Either type is acceptable. Attach to the email include your current phone number and username. You will receive a response with in 24 - 48 hours.
