| How can I change my number? | ||
We do NOT allow users to change their phone numbers unless they are currently NOT in a membership period or have just started the membership period and have yet to download. We also allow members who have purchased a full year to change their number a limited amount of times. We do monitor number changes to watch for "leeching" or "theft". (Sharing account with other phone numbers) If we do suspect you are sharing an account we will suspend your account until you have contacted us explaining why you have changed your number. To change your number, please take a screen shot of your bill with your address and name. This will be cross referenced with your credit card information. Send this information to the Sales Department (sales@ddnhub.com).
