Select Options and GO TO
Select the URL and press OK

Press the WEB tab (Upper left soft key).
Press the UPPER RIGHT SOFT KEY (It will bring you to the options menu).
Scroll down to GOTO URL (Number 7).
Click on ADDRESS.

Select Menu and Highlight Downloads
Press OK
Highlight Ringers and press OK
Highlight the Ringtone you would like to set and press OK 
Select Assign from the Options menu and and press OK
Select Phone Book and then Highlight the desired contact you want the ringtone assigned to
Select OK

Select Menu and Highlight Downloads
Press OKHighlight Images and press OK
Highlight Image you would like to set and press OK Select
Assign from the Options menu and and press OK
Select Phone Book and then Highlight the desired contact you want to assign image to
Select OK
