Download Queue
Why isn't my ringtone that i want not showing up in my "download queue" on my phone?!?!?!?!? Is anybody else having this problem?!?!?!?!?

Where is tech support-are they even coming back on here?! I paid my money and I can't even download any ringtones and where are the support people to help!!!! I either need help or my money refunded...this is frustrating!

I sent them an e-mail today and they haven't e-mailed me back... I will get my moneyback if or get free ringtones if they don't fix it.. It's aggravating the crap out of me!!!!

Please there is no need for the hostility...We were made aware of the download problem and immediately set to work on resolving the issue. However it's not always so quickly done and does take a certain amount of time...the download problem has been resolved and everything is back to order in approx a little over 24 hours time. The tech support team is here and prides itself on resolving problems as fast as possible. We ask our members to please be patient and know that our tech support team is always on the job!
