I need help canceling this service. I've been charged for 5 months past what I paid for. Please help! Thanks

When you sign up for the $3.50 plan, you are signing up for the recurring plan with a "minimum" of 3 months, which it states numerous places on our site. If you wish to cancel, it also tells you how to do so after your 3 month term is up...This information can be found in our tech support section. As soon as you click on "tech support" you can see in dark blue letters "how do I cancel recurring payments". We do not cancel memberships when the minimum term is met because many members wish to continue on and not cancel at that time. It's up to the members themselves to follow the directions under our tech support and cancel if they wish.
