No ringtone in my queue
I've been trying since last night, about 12 different ring tones. When I get the link on my phone there is nothing in the download queue

Try using the "direct link" method...you have sprint and it works well that way, it sends the download link for the ringtone directly to your phone.

Also, once you have sent it by "send to queue", you must log onto www.ddnportal.com within 40-45 minutes or the ringtone will delete itself by timing out.
